Traditional Value This traditional "old school" style sliding shredder box is traditionally used for slaw and kraut; it is very complementary to the Harsch Fermenting Crock Pots offered by Store-It Foods as it makes quick work of the shredding of the cabbage for pickling recipes. The cabbage slicer features a back and forth sliding box; A whole, half or quarter head of cabbage may be placed in the box for slicing.
