These 6 ¼” x 10 ¾” Fruit Leather Trays are made for your L'EQUIP Food Dehydrator. They are specifically designed to be used in the creation of healthy and nutritious fruit leather snacks. Choose the fruits you want to use and puree them in a blender with a small amount of water. You choose the fruits. You choose the amounts. You choose the mixtures. The resultant blend is poured onto the trays and placed into the dehydrator. Instructions are provided with the dehydrator itself for times and temperatures. Makes a nice alternative to sugar and additive laden store bought snacks.
