Quick and easy to use, they are available in a variety of flavors that come to you ready-to-mix in attractive yet shelf-stable packaging. Hint For a wonderful, creamy smoothie: Blend in a blender, ½ cup milk and the smoothie mix for 30 seconds then add 2 cups of ice cubes and ½ cup ice cream to the mix and blend for 30 seconds more or until smooth. Blend longer for a thinner smoothie. The ice cream gives it a creamier consistency although it can be omitted if you wish. |
