The above sentiments are expressed by a shopper who has obviously tired of waiting. She has reason for her frustration. The item she had ordered was on backorder, but it was a backordered item that was expected to be back in stock in just a few days. Unfortunately, the manufacturer changed that expected availabilty date on her not once, not twice, but three times!
Each time she had been advised of the change, and she silently awaited the arrival of her merchandise. Finally, the wait got to be too much, and the decision was made to cancel.
We relate this little incident because we would like you to avoid the backorder blues.
Fortunately, long waits are uncommon, but, as can be seen, they can happen. Should it ever happen to you, whenever you feel it to be appropriate, you are free to request an order cancellation. Some prefer to reselect. Some decide to simply wait. We will ship as soon as the required item or items become available. If, however, you do not wish to wait you do not need to wait. You might wish to temporarily cancel in order to reorder later, though we would certainly not look upon this as an obligation on your part. Most importantly, don't suffer silently. Don't allow frustration to mount and anger to rise. If action is required, we will understand. As long as your merchandise has not shipped the order can indeed be cancelled and a full refund can quicky and easily be arranged.
Simply phone or email and your request will be honored.
