The Slow Juicer That Is Not Actually "Slow"

Using the patented Low Speed Technology System (LSTS), it is actually hard to classify the Hurom Slow Juicer.  It is a single auger masticating juicer, but with a significant difference - the auger is mounted vertically rather than horizontally.

The Hurom Slow Juicer, using its low speed type screw, does not damage the raw ingredients with frictional heat.  This means it delivers fresh, more nutritious, more flavorful, and richer juice than ever, and because it is a dual stage juicer, there is more of it. The juice is extracted first through a crushing stage and before the pulp is ejected it is then squeezed during a second pressing stage, resulting in the maximum amount of juice and extremely dry pulp.

Most single gear juicers are limited in their list of recommended uses, but not the Hurom Slow Juicer.  It is not a standard juicer, and not even a blender, but as a juicer it has rather wide applications.  It can be used for all sorts of fruits and vegetables, and can even be used for soy beans and wheat grass.

And what a difference in quality.  That same technology that preserves vitamins and antioxidants, also eliminates the frothing, foaming, separation and color loss that so often results from the use of a high speed, high friction, centrifugal juicer.

You should also not let the term "slow juicer" fool you.  In-house testing found the Hurom Slow Juicer yielded 50% more juice than a centrifuge juicer in 50% of the time, while still offering up to 5 times more in vitamin content.

The Hurom Slow Juicer is so easy to clean.  In fact, it might even be said that it is unbelievably easy to clean.  You simply take a little clean water and let it cycle through the machine.  In mere seconds you are ready to go again.  The juicer will have cleaned itself.
