What do the warranties usually cover?
Our warranties cover defects in material or workmanship in new products, generally for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase, with proof of purchase and provided the product has been operated and maintained according to the instruction manual. Please see the warranty that accompanied your product for specific terms that apply to your product.
What does the warranty not cover?
Our warranties do not cover problems caused by commercial use, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence or alteration in any way by the user. Furthermore, the warranties do not cover products that were not purchased from an authorized Victorio Kitchen Products retailer.

To request warranty service, please contact us with your name and the details of the problem(s) you are experiencing. If we determine that a repair or replacement is required, we will provide you with further instructions at that time.
