MIRACLE EXCLUSIVES' LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY The original purchaser of Miracle Exclusives' products is fully protected against defects in parts, materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year* under normal use. All repairs will be made without charge, provided the appliance is delivered to our address prepaid and its returned warranty card is on file. Proof of purchase and a check for $15.00 for return shipment within the 48 contiguous United States must accompany each unit. Return shipping fees for items returned from beyond the contiguous United States must be established in writing or by telephone prior to repair. This is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied by any persons in any way connected with the sales, distribution or manufacture of said Miracle Exclusives appliances. This warranty will not apply to any part of this machine which has been subjected to any accident, abuse, misuse, alteration or tampering, and does not cover wearable parts, including but not limited to augers, screens, cutters, gaskets and plungers.
