What is the warranty policy for the SamsonTM® Juicers?

Toll Free: 888-992-7333 TEN (10) YEARS - LIMITED WARRANTY GREENBISON INC. ("GREENBISON") warrants this product including any accessories against defects in material or workmanship as follows:
To obtain warranty service, you must take the product, or deliver the product freight prepaid, in either its original packaging or packaging affording an equal degree of protection, to any authorized GREENBISON dealer/service facility. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage or damage due to acts of nature, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, commercial use, or modification of, or to any part of the product, including the accessories. This warranty does not cover damage due to improper operation or maintenance, use of improper voltage supply or attempted repair by anyone other than a facility authorized by GREENBISON to service the products. This warranty is valid only in the United States. PROOF OF PURCHASE in the form of a bill of sale or receipted invoice which is evidence that the unit is within the warranty period must be presented to obtain warranty service. REPAIR/REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE TO THE CONSUMER. GREENBISON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROVIDED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON THIS PRODUCT IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damage, or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you Specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.

Samson FAQsWhat if I have a broken part? If one of the parts on your Samson™® Juicer is broken, contact us through email (info@greenbison.com) or toll-free at 888-992-7333. Let us know which model Samson™® you own, which part is broken, a short description, and what you were juicing when the part broke. We will replace your part as soon as possible. Proof of purchase required (date and place of purchase).What if my Samson™® needs to be serviced? If your juicer needs to be serviced and it is still under warranty, please contact us through email (info@greenbison.com) or toll-free at 888-992-7333. We will service your juicer by either repairing or replacing it. Proof of purchase required (date and place of purchase). |
