Wheat Grass is normally juiced prior to consumption, with many health food enthusiasts advocating immediate use of that juice in order to get the most benefit from it.  You are not, however, growing a juice.  You are growing wheat grass.  Consequently, if wheat grass is a part of your food storage program, then a wheat grass juicer is also normally a part of that same food storage program.
