Another great food storage tool.
Ensure ingredients end up inside the jar and not on the counter with the Back to Basics® Canning Funnel. Using a canning funnel to fill jars makes the process much neater and keeps jar sealing surfaces (rims) cleaner, a big "plus" when it comes to assuring proper seals. Its fast-flow design makes it ideal for wide mouth and regular size canning jars. A simple tool, but many would call it essential. You might find it advantageous to have two or three of these on hand.
