The Hand Held Sieve is designed to replace the sieve originally packed with the Champion Juicer. The Champion is a masticating juicer, so a small amount of sediment may be produced when juicing. To remove the sediment, pour the juice through the fine, steel, hand-held sieve. Of course, its use does not need to be restricted to your Champion Juicer. Use it anywhere that you might want to keep out unwanted seeds, pulp, and skins when working with other liquids.
