Use as a Replacement or as an Extra Storage Container
This is the Canister only (No Lid). An extra canister provides the home miller with the opportunity to continue milling with the WonderMill without having to empty the first batch of flour. The addition of an extra storage lid allows the WonderMill canister to be used as an effective storage container for fridge or freezer. Flour is always at its nutritional best when freshly milled. If, for some reason, you do not intend to immediately use your freshly ground flour, then refrigeration or freezer storage will help to maintain those high nutritional levels.
