Use as a Replacement or as an Extra Storage Lid
The WonderMill Storage Lid is the lid to use when storing flour. It is also the lid to use when storing the machine. It fits both the hopper on top of the mill, and the canister into which the flour is deposited. One storage lid comes with the WonderMill at the time of purchase. The addition of an extra storage lid allows the WonderMill canister to be used as an effective storage container for fridge or freezer.The addition of an extra storage lid and canister will allow you to accomplish this storage while continuing to mill additional flour with the WonderMill. It should be noted that flour is always at its nutritional best when freshly milled. If, for some reason, you do not intend to immediately use your freshly ground flour, then refrigeration or freezer storage will help to maintain those high nutritional levels.
