Cutlery Inspired by Rachael Ray
The Rachael Ray Furi Froggy consists of a double bladed Mezzaluna with wooden board and non-slip mat. Mezzaluna means "half moon" in Italian, and this handy little kitchen tool is designed to chop herbs, nuts, chocolate and other foodstuffs with a gentle, rocking motion. The board has a slight indentation or bowl shape to better contain the ingredients being worked upon, and the mat keeps the board in place while work is in process. The dual blades of the Rachael Ray Furi Froggy offer increased cutting efficiency and enough stability that it should be safe to use in the hands of even the yougest of cooks (with adult supervision of course). Like Rachael Ray's Gusto-Grip knives, the Froggy uses a 'grippy' polypropylene and rubber handle that is antimicrobial-treated! As the name implies, with the Froggy the polypropolene is presented in a bright green rather than the orange used on the knives. Limited Lifetime Warranty. Cleaning in a dishwasher is NOT recommended.
