Keep your distiller working efficiently
The Waterwise Kleenwise Distiller/Purifier Cleaner and Descaler is not something that you MUST have with your Waterwise Distiller. In that respect it is not a necessity, It will, however, prove to be a great convenience. The distiller's boiler tank does require a limited amount of maintenance. Waterwise recommends that you rinse the boiler tank with warm water before every distillation cycle to remove any loose residue. As scale deposits accumulate, you are instructed to use an approved cleaner, such as KLEENWISE, to remove deposits. White vinegar or automatic coffee pot cleaner can also be used, but Kleenwise will provide superior performance. Kleenwise is phosphate free and biodegradeable. Frequency of use is entirely dependant upon the hardness of water being used, and the amount of water being distilled. 40 oz. container.
