It features an 18/10 stainless steel mirror finish and a tri ply stainless steel base with aluminum heat core to minimize warping and maximize fast and efficient heat distribution. The see through dome top fits tightly and allows for viewing of the food as it cooks. Dishwasher safe, it can safely be used in the oven up to 500 degrees F. (260 degrees Celsius), but should not be placed under the broiler.
