These plastic storage caps are ideal for use in storing dehydrated fruits and vegetables, dried herbs and spices, dry pasta, layered mixes, and other such items in glass preserving jars. You will probably also want to use your Ball ® Regular Plastic Storage Caps for refrigerator storage after you open your fresh preserved foods. They are dishwasher safe and do not contain bisphenol A (BPA). Each package contains 8 of the reusable plastic storage caps. Caution: These caps are NOT designed to replace the normal rings and lids used in the home canning process.
