The "Big Daddy" of All-American Products
41 1/2 QT. LIQUID CAPACITY COOKER/CANNER -- 32 PINTS OR 19 QUART JARS CANNING CAPACITY* (Includes 1 Canning Rack). This is it, the big canner. With its cavernous 41 quart capacity, this All-American brand canner is by far the biggest pressure cooker we sell. It's also one of the finest. The canner is constructed completely of Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry metal, and is precisely machined to create an air tight metal-on-metal seal, all without gaskets. The metal is thick too. While cheaper canners are constructed of flimsy sheet metal, the sidewalls and lid of this canner are heavy cast aluminum. Eight large clamps hold the top securely in position, and an accurate pressure gauge tells you what is going on inside. Warranty: One Year
