A Steam Juicer / Steam Cooker with Traditional Styling for the Contemporary Kitchen
Use the Victorio Stainless Steel Steam Juicer to extract the natural juice of grapes, berries, and other high-liquid fruits with the power of steam. Just boil water in the bottom container and place fruit in the top container. Natural concentrated fruit juice drips in the center pan where it can be extracted through a surgical-quality, heat-resistant tube. Use it for making jellies or store as concentrate for healthy natural fruit juice. The Steam Juicer need not be limited to juicing. It is also perfect for cooking soups and stews or steaming vegetables. The steamer insert doubles as a colander, quickly draining hot spaghetti, freshly washed lettuce and garden produce. It easily blanches large quantities of vegetables for canning or freezing. The bottom pan is ideal for boiling, stewing and simmering soups. It's also great for roasting and baking beef, chicken, pork and other meats. Both juicers have the same juicing capacity (9.5QT). The big difference is that the Victorio Juicer has a smaller juice kettle and water pan. There can be advantages to this, however. This means that it will be much lighter on the stove when using & quicker to start juicing than the B to B juicer. The B to B juicer has a siphon spout on it which means that you cannot drain the juice until it has built up at least 3 quarts of juice. The Victorio Juicer does not have that siphon spout so that means the juice can be drained as soon as it starts to juice.
