The Model 1000 is stylish, durable, dependable, efficient and very easy to clean. It's no wonder this unit has such a loyal following and continues to lead the industry. If your food storage needs call for a durable, heavy duty juicer that doesn't need to be replaced every year or so, then this may be the juicer for you. It's even received UL and cUL approval for household and commercial use. Its centrifugal functioning includes an optimum speed of 3600 RPM for peak efficiency. Its large size basket means that over 1 quart of juice can be made before retained pulp must be emptied.
