The Citrus Attachment gears the juicer down from 3600 to 250 RPM's. This speed will let you juice citrus fruits quickly and efficiently. Just push down like an old fashioned reamer and that will initiate the spin. Remove the pressure and the spinning stops. When the center piece is full of pulp just lift it out and dump it, then you're ready to juice again. The reamer allows just enough pulp into the juice to give you a fresh, healthy, citrus juice.
