The heart of The Kitchen Mill is its micronetic milling chamber. This chamber uses surgical quality stainless steel instead of stones to instantly turn any grain into flour. Mill texture adjusts from coarse to very fine. An added advantage to this system is the fact that the micronetic chamber bursts grains, it doesn't really grind them. No grinding - no friction. No friction - no heat. No heat - valuable nutrients are not destroyed - a real food storage plus! Produces 1 1/2 pounds of Flour per minute. Handles rice, soybeans, popcorn and any legume – other mills can’t match this variety. The milling chamber is self-cleaning and permanently lubricated.
