Triturate Juicers
Twin Gear Juicrs may also be correctly termed Triturate Juicers. "Triturate" is defined as "To rub, crush, grind, or pound into fine particles or a powder; pulverize." A triturate juicer does not rub, crush, or grind fruits and vegetables into a fine powder, but they do crush and grind produce to produce juice. These low-speed, precision engineered machines do not produce significant heat, do not promote oxidation and do not disrupt the cellular structure of the fruits and vegetables. The low speed also eliminates oxidation to the juices, therefore, preserving the precious enzymes and nutrients that are such a beneficial part of our diet.
